Congratulations to the 2019 Marine Industry CSI Award Winners

The winners of the Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Awards were announced on Friday, February 14th at the Miami International Boat Show. The awards are bestowed on behalf of the NMMA and recognize boat manufacturers for excellence in customer satisfaction over the 2019 year. Rollick has partnered with the NMMA for over 14 years to administer the CSI program and works hand in hand with each manufacturer that participates. 

In order to participate in the program,  the NMMA requires manufacturers to conduct a census survey to collect customer satisfaction data throughout the year. The CSI Award recognizes boat manufacturers who receive a high satisfaction rating, survey response rate, as well as those who put in the effort to improve the experience for their customers based on feedback. 

The NMMA CSI Award winners, listed in full on the NMMA website, reported a 90% or higher average customer satisfaction score over the 2019 year.
