Position Summary
Working at Rollick, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable buying experience for our customers. You’ll engage with shoppers, review available promotions, provide program-related guidance, schedule dealership appointments, and strengthen relationships with our dealer network. You will also support our Dealer Team enrolling and onboardings dealers, performing account reviews and training. This position requires strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
• Engage with customers via outbound calls to discuss available promotions and schedule appointments with our dealer network.
• Make 150+ outbound calls per day to targeted consumers, ensuring a high level of customer engagement.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries, assisting shoppers with vehicle purchases and program-related questions.
• Provide concierge-level service, ensuring customers receive a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Work to successfully enroll and onboard dealers to ensure all action items on accounts are completed
• Perform account reviews to assist and train dealers on an ongoing basis on best practices and ROI
• Ensure that integrations and products are working and effective for dealers
• Ongoing communication as needed with new products and services rolled out to our Dealer Network
• Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and insights that drive continuous improvement in our processes and offerings.

Required Skills

Qualifications
• Must speak French Canadian fluently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
• At least 2 years of account management, customer service, training or like experience
• Customer-focused mindset with active listening skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Problem-solving mentality—self-directed, proactive, and eager to take initiative.
• Goal-driven with a strong sense of urgency, ensuring follow-through on commitments.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Collaborative and adaptable, willing to contribute beyond primary responsibilities to help the team succeed.
• Business to Business (B2B) account management experience- preferably via phone
• Self-motivated, rolls up the sleeves, overcomes obstacles, and gets the job done!
• Sets, pursues, and follows-through with achieving goals with a sense of urgency
• Collaborative attitude and desire to contribute outside primary areas of responsibility
• Demonstrated experience managing & retaining key accounts
• Results focused on the ability to work independently
