Rollick Cares: Dealer Support Program

As we all know, times are tough right now as we continue to battle the COVID-19 virus in the U.S. We understand many dealers and OEMs have had to close their doors, reduce staff, and worry for their customers. To help alleviate the pressure of the effects of COVID-19, Rollick is implementing The Rollick Cares Dealer Support Program. It will include two pieces, both designed to help dealers and their consumers.  

  1. Concierge Call Service for all inbound Rollick leads 
  2. Rollick-Funded Bonus Savings Program: Up to $1,300 in savings for your customers, paid for by Rollick

Concierge Call Service 

 

What Does the Concierge Call Center Do? 

Our Concierge Service is a service for SalesDriver dealers. Our concierge representatives will call every lead that is sourced through SalesDriver and assist in setting up an appointment with your team. A representative will call each lead a total of 3 times (assuming they did not pick up on call 1 or 2).  

If the Concierge team gets ahold of a customer, they will ask them more about their product of interest, answer any questions they have, and then set up an appointment for the customer to speak with a dealer over the phone or via video chat.  

How is a Concierge Call Center Helpful During COVID-19? 

Many dealers and OEMs find themselves with a reduced staff, making it more challenging to keep up with consumers. At this time when we are practicing social distancing, it is more important than ever to stay in front of consumers and keep the lines of communication open. The concierge team is well-trained and knowledgeable and can provide relief for your staff.  

The Concierge Call Center also provides an excellent resource for continuing conversations online. This is helpful during COVID-19 because it allows customers to talk to knowledgeable representatives and dealers via phone or video chat, keeping those lines of communication open while practicing social distancing.  

The Rollick-Funded Bonus Savings Program – Up to $1,300 in Savings 

 

What is it? 

Bonus Savings is a Rollick-funded package of additional benefits created exclusively for GoRollick program users who purchase a powersports vehicle, RV or boat at a Rollick Certified Dealer and report their purchase.  

For customers who buy at Rollick Premium Certified Dealers  

  • $150 Gift Card with purchase  
  • Up to $1,000 in Insurance Deductible Reimbursement Benefit (IDR)  
  • 10% off Parts, Service, Accessories (average value of $150)  

For customers who buy at Rollick Standard Certified Dealers  

  • $100 Gift Card with purchase 
  • 10% off Parts, Service, Accessories (average value of $150)
    (Funded by the dealer as part of the standard offering to Rollick customers)

*Please Note: The Bonus Savings Program is only available to customers who have submitted leads from an affinity partner buying program website (i.e. Progressive Outdoor Vehicle Buying Program) and reported their purchase within 30 days. The 10% off parts, service, and accessories is discretionary and provided by the dealer.  

Who Can Use it? 

All Rollick Dealers can promote the Bonus Savings Program to their customers. Premium Rollick Dealers are eligible for the $150 Gift Card with purchase + $1,000 Insurance Deductible Reimbursement. Standard Certified Rollick Dealers are eligible for a $100 gift card.  

When Can I Use it? 

The Bonus Savings Program officially launches April 1, 2020.  

How Does the Bonus Savings Program Help Me During COVID-19? 

The Bonus Savings Program is meant to act as an additional incentive for consumers. The additional savings and reimbursements should help consumers feel more confident about purchasing a powersports vehicle, RV or boat during this unprecedented situation.  

As a dealer, you can market the Bonus Savings Program to all your consumers on social media, on your website, or via email. Just be sure to let them know the guidelines and restrictions.
