Product Manager, GoRollick Marketplace

Position Summary:

Rollick is the fastest growing B2C marketplace in the recreational vehicle space, plus it has dozens of partnerships with large affinity organizations, including AAA, Sam’s Club, Progressive, Allstate, top employee benefit platforms, and more.

As a Product Manager of the GoRollick Marketplace, your role will be to define, design, build, and measure new and innovative features that drive the growth of the marketplace. You have B2C marketplace experience, taking products from inception to launch in collaboration with business and technical teams.  You have a passion for great customer experience and design. You possess strong business and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap to help grow the GoRollick Marketplace platform.
  • Deliver a great customer experience to increase traffic, conversion, and engagement.
  • Built, managed, and collaborated on the product roadmap in collaboration with business and technical teams.
  • Conducted performance analysis and leveraged data to make informed product decisions, conversion optimization recommendations, and priority decisions.  Familiar with analytical tools like Google Analytics, Heap, Semrush, or similar.
  • Communicate effectively throughout the organization on status, issues, and results
  • Be a subject matter expert on your products, best practices, competition, and the latest industry trends, and regularly track product success metrics.
  • Understand, gather, and document concise user, business and product requirements for existing product enhancements and new initiatives, including scenarios, user stories, flows, edge cases, business justification and operational impact
  • Create preliminary design concepts and collaborate with user experience and visual design teams on high-fidelity designs
  • Conduct primary or secondary research as needed
  • Own the end-to-end go-to-market plan from requirements definition through development, operational readiness, launch, and post-launch analysis.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years B2C Marketplace product management experience, preferably in the automotive, powersports or recreation vehicle industries
  • Passion for automotive, powersports or recreation vehicles strongly desired
  • Demonstrated success leading, defining, and launching robust and innovative B2C products
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts including SEO, web development, integrations and APIs.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to evangelize the merits of Rollick’s products internally and externally
  • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities, with deep understanding of the Internet, Mobile platform development and online advertising
  • Strong sense of urgency and comfort in a fast-paced environment
