Position Summary
The Senior Analyst – Business Intelligence reports to the Head of Finance with extensive engagement with the C-Suite and Business Leaders.
Key to success in the role are strong analytical skills with respect to business intelligence combined with the ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and a naturally inquisitive personality with a desire to understand our business including competitive analysis.
Rollick is a start-up environment and this role includes significant hands-on responsibilities.

- Strong, proven analytical skills to solve complex analytical problems, reach valuable data driven insights, and recognize and analyze patterns and trends

- Clear and concise communication, ability to distill complex issues down to insightful actionable anlsysis
- High focus on systemization, repeatable and efficient modelling including root causation and remediation of inefficiency]ies
- Good data visualization skills to articulate coherent stories and analytical concepts
- Ability to facilitate complex analyses that mine, extract, track, report and analyze performance metrics and other data sources and summarize findings
- Master at condensing analysis into actionable insights to inform business decisions and influence / transform business performance
Responsibilities
- Continuously improve company performance by identifying improvement projects that will enhance results
- Significant participation in modelling, business cases and valuation processes for the companies strategy with respect to product direction.
- Build and maintain marketplace, partner and marketing reporting that is used on a daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly basis
- Explores and incorporates available/new data sources to proactively create exibits utilized in sales presentations, program recaps, quarterly client business reviews and the like
- Provide leadership with data insights, analysis and visualization necessary to ensure informed decision-making on key strategic issues
- Present insights to key stakeholders, partners and senior leaders
- Continuously improve business by identifying improvement projects that yield revenue growth and/or cost savings
- Gather, analyze, interpret and report on data related to key business performance indicators, including;
- Review of competitive and/or key market data to understand TAM and other key indicators for the business
- Analysis of click through data, conversion, close rates, distance to dealer, inventory selection, messaging, funnel analytics and a host of other factors to determine what impacts conversion and close rates
- Identification of patterns and trends in the data and forming insights
- Use of data mining techniques to collect data for analysis
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, analystics or related field, preferably in digital marketing, with proven results
- Advanced and demonstrable Excel modelling capabilities are required
- Analytic and operational technology solutions experience such as Netsuite, Sage Intacct, Power BI, Heap, Tableau, Salesforce, Google Analytics and similar is desirable
- Ability to perform basic statistical analysis (descriptive, variance, regression, probability, etc.) and general understanding of advanced statistics a plus
