We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst to join our team. - Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, gather and document business requirements. Translate these requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions. Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Salesforce Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Salesforce platform to fulfill business needs, including creating workflows, reports, dashboards, and other Salesforce objects and functions.
- Process Mapping and Optimization: Analyze existing processes, recommend improvements, and configure Salesforce to support optimized workflows.
- Data Management: Assist in data import/export tasks, ensure data integrity, and help manage data migrations between systems.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to Salesforce users across the company. Create and maintain documentation and training materials.
- Project Management: Manage Salesforce projects from inception to closure, ensuring timely delivery and quality solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues.
- Reporting and Analytics: Create complex reports and dashboards to track and analyze performance metrics.
- Administration: Create and manage user profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure the Salesforce platform aligns with evolving business needs and to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is required
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst.
- Sales and Service Cloud experience required.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and capabilities.
