Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst

Position Summary  

We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be the bridge between business operations and technical solutions, ensuring our Salesforce platform is optimally configured to meet business objectives while driving process improvements and efficiencies across the organization.

As our Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst, you'll be the linchpin between imaginative business solutions and technical reality. Your expertise will help us optimize our Salesforce platform, making a tangible impact on our operations.

Responsibilities  

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, gather and document business requirements. Translate these requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions.  Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
  • Salesforce Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Salesforce platform to fulfill business needs, including creating workflows, reports, dashboards, and other Salesforce objects and functions.
  • Process Mapping and Optimization: Analyze existing processes, recommend improvements, and configure Salesforce to support optimized workflows.
  • Data Management: Assist in data import/export tasks, ensure data integrity, and help manage data migrations between systems.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to Salesforce users across the company. Create and maintain documentation and training materials.
  • Project Management: Manage Salesforce projects from inception to closure, ensuring timely delivery and quality solutions.  Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create complex reports and dashboards to track and analyze performance metrics.
  • Administration: Create and manage user profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure the Salesforce platform aligns with evolving business needs and to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications 

  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is required
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst.
  • Sales and Service Cloud experience required.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
