Director of Marketing

Rollick is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Marketing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be strategic and proactive, possessing a deep understanding of marketing principles and a track record of driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will be charged with spearheading innovative marketing and PR strategies, leveraging AI whenever possible, to bolster Rollick's brand, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive potent lead generation initiatives, all rooted in data analysis to facilitate sustained growth and industry leadership. 

Results To Be Generated 

  • Implement a target number of successful marketing, PR and thought leadership strategies and tactics each quarter aimed at raising Rollick's profile and differentiate it from competitors. 
  • Develop lead generation campaigns that secure a target number of demo requests per month, and support sales reps in converting leads into customers. 
  • Establish and implement a target number of strategies to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and ongoing engagement with Rollick’s products or services. 
  • Utilize analytics to track the performance of all marketing campaigns, optimize efforts, and maximize ROI. 


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy and supporting tactics to drive revenue growth and build brand awareness. Tactics utilized by Rollick include the distribution of press releases, media outreach to drive trade publication coverage, speaking engagements, social media posts, content marketing (e.g. whitepapers, etc.), email marketing campaigns to prospective clients, trade show attendance and more. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives. 
  • Lead and manage a small team of marketing professional staff and contractors, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. 
  • Support the CRO in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for market expansion. 
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI 
  • Utilize marketing automation software and AI to execute marketing campaigns, improve customer targeting, and enhance data analytics. 
  • Support the implementation and optimization of digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. 
  • Maintain brand/creative standards and ensure external collateral is positioned correctly in the marketplace 
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling trade show booth designs, promotional materials, and Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that differentiate the brand. 
  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in marketing, AI, and technology. 
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all trade show activities and assist in trade show planning and execution to maximize Rollick’s participation. 
  • Manage and optimize corporate website, including content evolution, newsroom updates, and careers listings. 

Skills / Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a focus on strategy and revenue growth. 
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, and consumer behavior. 
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and take a proactive approach to drive marketing initiatives. 
  • Proficient in using marketing automation and CRM technology, such as Salesforce and Hubspot. 
  • Proficient in creative development tools, such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. 
  • Proficient in using AI technologies and tools to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency. 
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and experience managing digital campaigns. 
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of marketing professionals. 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to make informed marketing decisions. 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. 
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving marketing goals and driving revenue growth. 
  • Experience in the recreation industry and marketing SaaS based products a plus. 
  • Experience using CMS platforms, such as Wordpress.
