Consumer Support Representative – Part Time

Position Summary

Rollick was built on bringing differentiated pricing to customers in the recreational vehicle industry. Its unique technology allows members of large Affinity groups to receive upfront transparent pricing certificates and special member discounts. Our Customer Support Representatives will help deliver an excellent buying experience for customers looking to buy a vehicle, schedule appointments with the customer and our dealerships, and help maintain existing relationships with our dealers.

A successful CSR will thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple customers & dealers simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Call Powersport, RV, and Boat customers and help schedule appointments with our network of dealers
  • Make 150+ outbound calls a day
  • Call consumers to collect information through our CSI Surveys for our OEM Partners
  • Assist with the verification and completion of Rollick Redemption Program
  • Handle inbound customer support requests coming from people looking to purchase a vehicle
  • Become an expert on the brands we help sell and be certified to represent those products
  • Ongoing communication as needed with new products and services rolled out to our Dealer Network
  • Focus on assisting the buying experience
  • Provide ongoing feedback to the Rollick management team for continuous improvement of our product offering

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of account management, training or like experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, and customized CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Customer fixated with active listening skills
  • Self-directed, rolls up the sleeves and overcomes obstacles
  • Engages in problem solving activities regularly and autonomously
  • Sets, pursues and follows-through with achieving goals with a sense of urgency
  • Collaborative attitude and desire to contribute outside primary areas of responsibility
  • Well organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Willing to work part time scheduled times with Saturday morning hours
